Message much closer to urethane than stock. Going to a solid rubber bushing will transmit less noise and vibration through the subframe/body interface than a harder substance; but the smooth ride we associate with a stock subframe comes from the float action of the silicon-filled bushing. Which of course was the reason why the first generation aluminum spacers where used... to eliminate the floating and flexing associated with unwanted wheel hop.
